I wonder why she went with that answer without using one of her remaining lifelines?

The question writers were generous not to include the Civil War as a distractor, since far more people probably remember that series than this new one.

Maybe it's me, but this is too rough for $4K. Is there some other way to get to the answer that does not require getting the Ken Burns flyer? Maybe because it was 2007 but still. I would've guess it is B. Iraq war too.

It's a standard TV pop culture question. And this one only asked for the general topic of the show, which one might have picked up from PBS promos, TV Guide articles, etc., much easier than other such questions, such Dr. Grey's first name.

Another exciting cast member on a thousandaire run. I thought they were not particularly difficult Q's and the 4K Q seemed more than reasonable. Then again I knew it without hesitation so that makes it seem easy.
