I'd consider it a lot more important if he hadn't already gotten out in front of it (because if he hadn't, it would be necessary to wonder what else he's hiding), or if similar incidents still were occurring more recently. It looks like this is stuff that happened when he was a dumb college student, he paid the appropriate price at the time, and he learned the right lesson from the experience. --Bob
