I'm guessing this has to do with word puzzles.

The answer is "Double Fantasy" because Song 22 is "Fantasy" & Song 23 is "Rock & Roll Fantasy".

The answer is "Stop! In The Name Of Love" because "Bus Stop" is in between "The Name Game" & "Glory Of Love".

The answer is "Call Me Maybe" because those lyrics to "Call Me" might be sung by someone who doesn't know them.

The answer is "Under Pressure" because Song 45 is "Pressure" & under that is a David Bowie song. Also, under the David Bowie song is "Caribbean Queen", but I don't know if that's part of the answer or not.

The answer is "One Toke Over The Line" because Song 16 is "Hold The Line" & over that is a song some people think is about marijuana.

The answer is "Hooked On A Feeling" because it's hooking "Get It On" & "More Than A Feeling".

The answer is "The Old Man Down The Road" because song 55 is "Old Man" & "Middle Of The Road" is above that. I don't think "End Of The Road" is part of the answer, but I could be wrong.

These are all technically correct, although not all of them for the reasons you gave (The 5th and 6th ones you list have much more clever interpretations). However, you came up with the main concept behind the game that should allow you all to start finding answers for the clues that are not as obvious. YAY!

I can help...

The answer is “Leaving on a Jet Plane” because “Leaving Las Vegas” is right above (on) “Jet.”

The answer is “Uptown Squirrel” because “My Squirrel” is right above (up) “Town Without Pity.”

The answer is Carrie Underwood because “Carrie Ann” is right below (under) “Knock on Wood.”

51. This #8 70's hit was released a year after it would have been fitting

I'll just add that I did include Song 56 in this match as well to add the emphasis on "down the road."

Other than that, I'll leave you be now to worm out the rest of the matches! There's a few lame ones I'll admit, but a lot of these will be fun to uncover...
