I know one for sure and can make a pretty confident guess on another based on the type of show Cagney and Lacey was. I seem to recall seeing that the female lead in "Beauty" was a psychiatrist, so..

16. Miles Drentel

d. thirtysomething

17. Laura Holt

c. Remington Steele

18. Lt. Albert "Bert" Samuels

b. Cagney & Lacey

19. Dr. Jacob Wells

a. Beauty & the Beast

Name the comedian.

I can think of two that would fit the description: Charlie Callas and Tim Allen. Don't remember seeing either as a talk show sidekick, but CALLAS is the more likely suspect, so I'll go with him.

Name the talk show host.

Don't recall Chevy Chase playing a talk show host in a movie...but Jerry Lewis did, and if I'm right about Callas, Jerry would make sense. Remember him guest hosting for Carson a few times, but don't remember him ever having his own talk show. Still, I have no other ideas, so Jerry Lewis it is..final answer.

Finale??? Crap. So many of the shows I like get cancelled too soon
