1. Outside, a masquerade
Inside, my hope is fading
I`m just a clown,
Since you put me down
The Tracks of My Tears - Smokey, Johnny Rivers and a lot of peeps

2. In the mist
Of my endless search
The best in life
Becomes clear
The rest just begins
To fade by itself
That's a trick I learned
Though it took so long
Bitter Tears - INXS

3. Another day passes
As the night closes in
The red light goes on to say
It`s time to begin
No More Tears - Ozzy Osbourne

4. But watch out now
I`m gonna get there
We`ll be together
For just a little while
96 Tears - ? And The Mysterians

5. I'll find my way
Through night and day
Cause I know I just can't stay
Tears in Heaven - Eric Clapton

6. It is the evening of the day
I sit and watch the children play
Smiling faces I can see but not for me
As Tears Go By - Rolling Stones

7. But you always walk back in
Like you did today
Acting like you
Never even went away
Here Come Those Tears Again - Jackson Browne

8. If we could start anew
I wouldn`t hesitate
I`d gladly take you back
And tempt the hand of fate
Tears On My Pillow - Little Anthony & The Imperials

9. I'll sit around and drink a few more beers
Until the memory just disappears
The Salt in My Tears - Martin Briley (One of the best rock songs that is apparently little known...)

10. No sunshine, no moonlight
No stardust, no sign of romance
We don't stand a chance
No More Tears (Enough Is Enough) - Donna Summer & Barbra Steisand

11. Now if I appear to be carefree
It's only to camouflage my sadness
In order to shield my pride
I try To cover this hurt with a show of gladness
Tears Of A Clown - Smokey Robinson & The Miracles

12. They said your cheating heart
Will make me cry
And like a fool
I gave it a try
Many Tears Ago - Connie Francis (Yeah, I had to go REAL old school to fill this game out...)

Image Bonus: If you know the word of the day, show me a fitting image! - Iron Eyes Cody seemed to be the most popular, and I can't believe he didn't even cross my mind when I considered what people might post. But the image that got the best reaction from me was.... wait for it........ the one Sprots posted! TBone usually comes up with the best classic cartoon Image Bonuses, but Sprots stole one from him with a Bugs scene I remember well! Yes, she gets the 5 point IBB and will probably still complain I've shorted her somehow. Such is gratitude...

JJC Points:

Weasel gets 2 JJC points for pouring the drinks...

Vandal gets 2 JJC points for the perfect gift for the Bob in your life...

frank gets 2 JJC points for country standards and the litter police...

Panic gets 2 JJC points for not crying after passing Go...

TBone gets 3 JJC points for being Royless, Hubble Trouble and the sinning televangelists of the 80's...

Bob gets a JJC point to use as a security blanket...

Beebs gets a supermax because these answers fucking cracked me up. The toxically masculine sumbitch one has me coughing up all kinds of wonderful stuff from last week's cold...

Krox gets a JJC point for historical tears...

Sprots gets a supermax trying to use Sha Na Na as an answer and for Bugs thinking he's dead...

melly gets 2 JJC points for all those Jordans... and doesn't the cartoonish one in the lower left corner look like Mike Tyson?

jarnon gets a JJC point for copying off of Frank, which made IEC cry...

Esto gets a JJC point for going all Nelly on me with the Britney whiner...

AD gets a JJC point for the official No More Tears® (plus 2 more JJC points because I'm a shitty grader)...

Anon gets a JJC point for a memed up Iron Eyes Cody, which also made him cry...

Earl gets a supermax for getting her money's worth out of Ozzy, being all about that bass, and for no crying in football...

Methinks you might have overscored my polski dupa in a yuge way. By my count, I get 13 regular points (2 each on 1,4,8 and 11 plus 5 for showing my Johnson's) and the one JJC.

Boy howdy, that well-thrown crap sure did stick...

That's great! It's extremely tedious to go notebook to screen a hundred times while grading these... so I usually just look for the songs I know are in the game without really paying attention to where they actually should be! That's why you got credit for the three songs you guessed that were in the game, but not in that place! I'll remove the six points, but spot you two more JJC points because that kind of random weirdness that caught me napping cracks me up...
