The Census Decision

#1 Post by Bob78164 » Wed Jan 16, 2019 11:40 am

Here's the decision of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York invalidating the decision to add a citizenship question to the 2020 Census on the grounds that the decision violated the Administrative Procedures Act. It's 277 pages long.

But if you compare paragraph 65 (Secretary Ross's response under oath from a question from Rep. Judy Chu) to paragraphs 73 and 74, it's quite clear that Judge Furman found that Secretary Ross lied to Congress under oath. --Bob
