Flock, when you start an argument out with a sentence like this, you immediately sacrifice all your credibility.

Instead, you show yourself for what you are, a desperate, gullible tool looking for any reason to discredit the mountain of reporting about Trump administration misdeeds in favor of completely unfounded speculation generated by right-wing sources.
aSSShole, this is your argument to everything you have no answer for. For years. It doesn't work.

I would think a crowd this big every year is news. Why is it not covered?

I think we know.
Some of it is liberal bias, but remember the March for Life has been going on for decades. It’s about as newsworthy as a Thanksgiving parade.

Controversy also helps. The Women’s March founders have made anti-Semitic statements. If the March for Life organizers exclude anti-abortion gays or Muslims, they’ll get lots of press coverage.

Exactly. The press celebrates on the left what it criticizes on the right, even though what it criticizes on the right is rare and usually on the fringe and is also criticized by the majority of the right.

And the Women's March was not covered because of the controversy. It was covered in spite of it.

If you bothered to actually read your citations rather than do a quick cut and paste, this last one should be instructive regarding what news media regards as newsworthy in a limited 30-minute network news broadcast. Wikipedia lists 19 marches in Washington DC in 2017 (their 2018 list is incomplete). Obviously, they don't all rate several minutes of network news coverage. The Indigenous People's March was also held on the same day as the Right to Life March (that's why Nathan Phillips was there). It got even less media coverage. That's not exactly liberal media bias.

You strain to look for ways to brand every perceived slight as "liberal media bias," which then gives you a ready-made excuse to ignore everything in the news except the right wing pablum that suits your tastes.

I disagree 100% with Flock's assertion that no one covers the March for Life. I googled the 2018 March and got more than seven million hits, including coverage in my hometown paper and the Denver paper.

Having disagreed with him 100% on the point he's making here, he may have a point with regard to one aspect of the MSM:

P.S. I used to pooh-pooh Flock's dismissal of the MSM, but not anymore. What I consider to be the most earth-shaking news of this century, the data-driven report about how much in danger the planet is from climate change, hit Trump's desk in November. Trump and his minions promptly dismissed it, and the MSM followed suit! The report said that we are at our last chance if we start now to ameliorate the horrors we've visited on the planet the past centuries. It should be Page One every day! But Trump manages to cause the MSM to ignore it with new distractions every week which are compelling because of how many people they hurt. Wake up, MSM. You can cover both Trump's distractions and the U.S. Climate Change report, plus what we should be doing about it. Come on, MSM. Or is Flock right about you?

Here's some more "fake news" from the "liberal media":
After President Donald Trump leveled a rare Twitter attack against Fox News – a network he normally praises for its favorable coverage of him – one of the conservative channel's anchors lambasted the president for "bullying journalists." Fox News anchor Julie Banderas was outraged after Trump posted a tweet Sunday night complaining about her network's coverage of the fallout from the 35-day partial government shutdown and the negotiations for border wall funding.

"Never thought I’d say this but I think @johnrobertsFox and @GillianHTurner @FoxNews have even less understanding of the Wall negotiations than the folks at FAKE NEWS CNN & NBC! " Trump tweeted.

"@realDonaldTrump This is NOT right. I stand by my colleagues @johnrobertsFox and @GillianHTurner They don’t deserve this. No reporter does. They are doing their jobs and reporting the facts. They are not opinion journalists and deserve the respect from the @WhiteHouse they cover," Banderas said in a reply to the president's tweet.

Yay, Velshi & Ruhle | MSNBC!

I didn't watch the entire program, but a significant portion of it was devoted to climate change.

So you bemoan the lack of coverage from the news media and then can't invest 8½ minutes once you find it? :)

Oh, har har, Esto. I watched the significant portion but had to leave. I don't know if it came back to it after commercial or not. In other words, I don't know if it was the whole hour. It was enough for me to salute Velshi and Ruhle.

Covington Catholic student's legal team files $250M suit against The Washington Post
CINCINNATI – The legal team representing Kentucky student Nick Sandmann has filed a lawsuit in federal court seeking $250 million in damages against The Washington Post, according to Nick's attorney.

Todd McMurtry and L. Lin Wood, representing the Covington Catholic High School teenager and his family, filed the suit on Tuesday, according to a tweet from McMurtry.

The tweet included a link to McMurtry's law firm website, which included text of the lawsuit. The suit was not yet available as of Tuesday evening in the docket of the Eastern District of Kentucky, the federal court where the attorneys say the lawsuit was filed.

The suit points to "no less than six false and defamatory articles" concerning Nick published by The Post.
