Studio musician extraordinaire, member of the Rock Hall of Fame. As a drummer in the famed group of studio musicians known as the Wrecking Crew, Blaine played on COUNTLESS classics. The Wrecking Crew was the unit used by Phil Spector on his recordings. In addition, they were heard on numerous recordings by the Beach Boys, including Pet Sounds, and records by the likes of Simon and Garfunkel, The Byrds, The Monkees...well, the list would take up a post that would take up an entire page. Only the Funk Brothers, the Motown studio group, can rival the Crew for the number of hit records they played on.
