Here's what my street looked like around the time I got home from work this morning....

Yeah, I had to go through that, and since the storm drain is right next to my driveway, all the water accumulated in my front yard... but that was far from the worst mess I had to wallow through to get home. It's actually the second time this has happened in the last three weeks.... both times right before I got off work on Monday mornings before a four-day "weekend!"

And amazingly, by the time I went to bed 8 hours later, that street was literally as dry as a bone. The humidity is like 250%.

Oh, and even during the flooding, it was still business as usual....
