The big problem is they are losing to the As who are slowly but surely catching up to them. The As have gained 5 games on the Astros since Aug. 10. They are now only 6.5 games behind the Astros (as opposed to 11.5 a week ago)

As SteelersFan says, "It's tough to be a Rockies fan."
He said that even when we left for Alaska, when we were playing .500 ball and were in wild card contention. Now we are 27 games back and in last place. GRRRRRR! That's way more than peeved.
We should not have gone to Alaska. We'd still be in second place in our division.
