I’m flying back home today from Pennsylvania. The occasion of my trip was a surprise party to celebrate my brother’s 50th birthday. My sister-in-law has been planning this for months. She made it a surprise via the simple expedient of scheduling the party approximately 6 months early.
I would rate the party a success. We don’t get many opportunities to gather the whole family together so I was glad I was able to get out here for the party. —Bob
