Okay!

The answers to B-39 and B-93 are incorrect.

Three of the matches are incorrect. In one case, it's the right two people, but one of them is better known by a different version of his first name. Once you get the right answer to B-39, it should immediately clear up the other two wrong matches.

So Macy was better known by Bill, which I knew, but somehow was conflating him with William H. Macy, I'm sure.

The Irish archbishop in B-39 appears to be John McQuaid. That means I can replace JFK in the Daly match with him, which frees up John F. Kennedy, but for whom?

If B-93 is not right, I'd like to know who it is. It's not likely that there's more than one Abacuk Prickett, and every source I can find says he was Henry Hudson's navigator, one of the mutineers that cut him adrift, and the one who kept a diary of the trip. Am I reading something wrong? Do I have something numbered wrong?

I don't know why I said that was wrong. As for B-39, you might want to include his full name.

B-39 is John Charles McQuaid. Which means the John Daly we need is not the fat smoking golfer, but the host of What's My Line (with Bennett Cerf on the panel), John Charles Daly.

Fixing:

B-27 Bill MACY (Blass) + B-48 Bea Arthur = YMCA, by A-26 The Village People

B-2 John Charles DALY (McQuaid) + B-82 Bennett Cerf = LADY, by A-12 Styx

So maybe Edward Lear isn't on here after all, and we're looking for an Earl or something for the Goo Goo Dolls song

And Nick Faldo and John F. Kennedy are back in the mix.

I had the singer wrong on the Dean Cain I CAN match up there -- it should be A16 Nas rather than McCain. Here's his match:

B-52 Melvin BELLI (Laird) + B-58 F. Lee Bailey = I’LL BE, by A-24 Edwin McCain

I think you meant to say "Diana" is the Paul Anka song.

Is B-93 wrong or did Frank misspoke?

B-91. Dorothea Dix and A-7. Aerosmith (Angel) likely go together to form Dorothea Lange. But someone smarter (and better at cheating) than me is going to have to come up with her partner match in the game...

I took it to mean he misspoke and that answer is actually correct...

I was getting tired, can you tell? I'll fix both of these.

I want to believe that Nick Faldo and Curtis (LeMay) Strange are paired, but I can't find a suitable anagram song for Strange. Anyone?

Strange becomes "St. Anger", which is a Metallica song.
