Golf and gardening. All three days.

And attend open house events for HS graduation. The # of houses are at a 10 year low---only 2 to go to this year--one Saturday and one on Sunday, both are kids of fellow co-workers. Both on are to college so it will be the standard "Dictionary" present. I don't agree with Margaret on this type of "gift" but I go along with it. I have seen a "wtf" reaction and I have also seen some that were really happy with the gift.

Driving to KC to see the in-laws.

We are getting our annual passes to Worlds of Fun. (Gold passes, with free parking and passes to amusement park and water park.)

I will allow my wife the great honor of taking our son on his very first big roller coaster ride, likely The Timber Wolf, as he now is more than tall enough.

As her dad is a huge Indiana Jones fan, there will be some movie-watching as well.

Wife loves roller coasters, even more than me.

Since she hates spinning rides, I do those with the kids.

Of course, the funny thing is that the 2 links were he sort of hinted at going to Milwalkee were so keen on the origianl subject that they DIDN'T get hijacked. How rare is that!

And BSPolice, I don't know how to spell Milwalkee, this is close enough for me.

May's quite popular month in our family. We did a triple threat two weekends ago (my bd, my mom's and mother's day) and this weekend is my sister, nephew and niece. She's June 2 or 3 (whenever Moonbeam's is), but we let her pretend it's May. Ha!

And that's not even counting the May birthdays we DON'T celebrate! Uncle, aunt, ggrandma, etc.

I know your pain. I just photographed Santa Monica CC's international student commencement. The students came from every continent. Here are some of the countries represented: Japan, Sweden, Iran, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, Mongolia (4!), Columbia, Mexico, Austria, Germany, Lithuania, Togo, Lagos, Egypt, South Korea and others which I am forgetting. Good luck with those names.

OOOH! I was wondering a couple of weeks ago at the ABQ graduation we attended how much the speaker practiced the list prior to event. The school there was in a very diverse (last name wise and otherwise) part of town and there were a lots of different names to say. Yesterday's graduation wasn't very diverse name-wise. With the exception of a few spanish last names, the majority of names were vanillisque. I also noticed that 1990 was HUGE for the middle name of Marie and Lee (or Leigh).

FTR, the school in ABQ was Highland High School.....of Beavis and Butthead fame. :) My french teacher is the mother of the show's creator. Though, the show didn't start until after I left so I wasn't aware of this little fact. LOL
