Y'all can be grateful I didn't get in this year. In my other league there's some sort of quantum shift in the universe and I've taken first place for both of the first two weeks. I somehow managed 14 of 16 'correct' picks for last week. I feel sure I've peaked, but it was sure fun to beat out my brothers and bro-in-law. Currently 25-7 with 218 points.

Nah, that wouldn't be fair, especially as, historically my picks between the two groups haven't been identical. I tended to pick opposite on close calls. I expect the wheels will come off for me in my sister's league, sooner rather than later, but I'll always have (early) September.. :

How in the hell did that happen? And of course, it's my erstwhile favorite team that ends up killing me...

I've been picking the games every week since the start of the 1992 season (probably the only reason I still do this despite not being able to name even three players who currently play in the NFL) and have never gone perfect, and can only remember one time offhand where I lost just one game. Looks like I managed to pick both upsets, but couldn't get that third....

And now it's a guarantee the Jets win tonight to make sure I still lose two...
