While I confess to messing up the Homer and Eddie casting and having a brain freeze on Yul Brynner appearing in Morituri, this one was not a mistake by me. Sylvester Stallone did not play Oscar. Instead, Oscar is a character who is talked about a lot but who only appears in a bit part at the end and was played by the film's screenwriter.

And the Salt and Pepper casting is a running joke in the film as various people make the same mistake Frank did in assuming which actor was which. The same joke was also used in Amos and Andrew.
