It's in. It looks lovely so far, stuffed with the ONLY accepted stuffing, bread shit, sausage, celery, sage, salt and pepper. Well, some broth.

But, tho it's only in for 2 hours now, it's not oozing stuff to baste with. Been using butter.

I hope we won't have Uncle Eddy's fave from Lampoon Christmas Vacation...

We didn't cook anything special for Dead Bird Day. When I have cooked a Turkey, I've used cornbread stuffing.

I'm sorry. That is not right. Now, we almost had cornbread instead of rolls, but forgot to buy either. Kroger makes lovely cornbread.
