Bodies on Netflix

For those who have Netflix, there's a new limited series I highly recommend. It's an eight-hour British series called Bodies, and it's not what you might think based on the title. It's a mixture of mystery and science fiction, and it's based on a graphic novel.
The body of a dead naked man turns up in a British street in 1890, 1941, 2023, and 2053. It's the same man and he's been shot in the same eye and has the same strange markings on his body. Four different police officers investigate the murders at the various times, and they are the four main characters in the series. I don't want to reveal any more of the plot to avoid spoiling any of the surprises. However, most viewers will have a fair idea what's going on by the end of the second episode and a very good idea by the end of the fifth episode. There are still a few more surprises along the way, including a twist in the last minute of the series that leaves the door open for a sequel. Most of the cast probably won't be familiar to American viewers.
