RIP Fritz Peterson

#1 Post by silverscreenselect » Sat Apr 13, 2024 11:12 am

MLB pitcher who spent most of his career with the New York Yankees in the 1960s and 70s. However, he is best remembered for swapping wives with then-teammate Mike Kekich in 1973. Peterson married Kekich's former wife and remained married to her until his death. Kekich's relationship with Peterson's ex-wife didn't last long.

Age 82

Yeah, they were in the prime age bracket for the wife swap/key party/etc thing that was big around that time.

I wonder how many BB's in that age bracket played the game-LOL.
