M-I-L update

It is cancer.

We have been on a rollercoaster of misunderstanding, misinformation and other misstuff. I now have my arms around the whole thing.

She has both invasive and insitu ductal carcinoma.

Surgery is scheduled for July 2nd.

I am hopeful for her full recovery.

I spoke with the doctor yesterday and so much has changed in cancer treatment, even since my sister was diagnosed.

Not only will she be fine, we all will be closer.
