Republican family values

In our weekly look at Republicans and Democrats caught with their pants down, Troy King, the attorney general of Alabama got caught by his wife having gay sex.

King was the guy who a couple of years ago pushed to outlaw sex toys in Alabama. I indirectly mentioned him last year when I posted about that Alabama Baptist preacher who died while hogtied, wearing the wetsuits and rubber underwear, and having a dildo in his anus.

And oh yeah, King wants to outlaw teh gay.

ENOUGH!!

Can we just post these as politicians being stupid, without the party affiliation? There are plenty of hypocrites on both sides of the aisle, along with an equal percentage of independents. I'm sure there are Naderites, Perotistas, Greenies, Libertarians, etc., in the category as well.

I cast my vote for retiring this subject line, regardless of party, permanently.

Hey! I'm pretty sure me and ol' Ross were the only two members of our party, and neither of us engaged in any of that kinky stuff. I wasn't a Rear Admiral, you know....

Good Lord, I live in Alabama and haven't heard this story yet.

I googled Troy King on Google News, and found stories about this, but only from pretty questionable news sources (I mean more than normal). None I ever heard from or anything that even sounded like a 'mainstream' news source, and all seemed to make sure they said 'rumor' in the text.

Who do you believe these days? When does rumor reporting become fact?

Thank goodness we have MSNBC to report it straight up.

It's really just gotta p!ss you off that Fox leads the cable ratings.

Wonder why that is?*

The theory that the 24/7 cable news channels have made the election cycles soooo long and the attention span of Americans even shorter deserves a thread of its own.

*not really wondering.
