Quality in action

Catching up on trade journals. Found this in a table of contents section. The title of the article, verbatim:

"Striking Resemblances: Common Portals to Qaulity Managment"

I'd say this isn't one of them.
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

That's up there with misspellings and grammatical errors in ads for teachers. I saw one a few days ago that wanted someone that had an easy "repoire" with students. It took me several minutes to even figure out what it was supposed to be.
