Star of the Week

So, every class at the kids' school has a "Star of the Week". (Just like nearly every other school nowadays). Next week, it is The Boy's turn for his 1st Grade class. One day, he gets to tell his class about his favorite stuffed animal. Other days are devoted to favorite hobby (Pokemon), family photos, and favorite book.
So, I asked him last night what book he was taking to read to his class. He answered, "I think that I'll take 'Chamber of Secrets'."
(Of course, he has not even finished the book yet, as he had stopped reading it for a few weeks while reading several Junie B Jones and Magic Tree House books.)
We will go through his library this weekend and try to find a shorter book.
P.S. No, I have not told him about Rowling's "news" about Dumbledore.
