I think that bright red hair dye messed up his brain cells!1.  easy.2. easy.  I could not believe that low percentage of the audience with the right answer!  3. ATA. It's a movie quote. The audience might recognize the movie.4. I guessed the right answer, but up there I might use JTQ 1.

The sides of his head had regular short hair but the top was a sort of pouf that was dyed red.
