STARTER _ IMPOSSIBLE CLASSICAL MUSIC QUESTION>>>

#1 Post by etaoin22 » Fri Feb 22, 2008 9:41 pm

STARTER - IMPOSSIBLE CLASSICAL MUSIC QUESTION:

It is only impossible if you do not know the answer......

Place in chronologic order from start onwards in the film "Amadeus" these pieces of music:

1 - "Confutatis maledictis", from Mozart's Requiem K626
2 - Eine Kleine Nachtmusik - Mozart K525
3 - Rock Me Amadeus - Falco
4- Sextet from Act something-or-other of Marriage of Figaro-Mozart
5 - Symphony #25 (The "little" G-Minor), first movement - Mozart.

WARNING - There may be an INAPPROPRIATE OUTLIER here. Anyone who picks up ANY INAPPROPRIATE OUTLIERS gets full marks.

5, 2, 4, 1 and the INAPPROPRIATE OUTLIER would be "Rock Me Amadeus".
There is something wrong in a government where they who do the most have the least. There is something wrong when honesty wears a rag, and rascality a robe; when the loving, the tender, eat a crust while the infamous sit at banquets.

EVERYONE WINS!!

Just like in one of those modern schools....

Apart from the IO, the answer is 5-2-4-1.

The troubling music over the transportation of Salieri to the asylum, the tune Salieri hums which the dorky young priest remembers, somewhere in the middle, and then the ending, as Wolfie -- in this version almost delirious, dictates the parts of the Requiem.

No Falco in the movie.

But Falco is neat to remember as an artefact of the 1980's as opposed to the artefacts of the 1780's.

They are showing this movie right now on Ovation, cable channel 4,546,479. Give or take a couple digits.

One of those digital cable channels.

What are the chances of getting it right just by typing numbers?
