I didn't know Patrick Duffy was hosting GSN's Bingo. Been a while since I've seen him. We are getting older, aren't we? I'm including myself in that group.

I watched that a couple of times the first week it was on. Then I realized that I was really bored and I could think of more interesting ways to come up with $50.

I just ran across flipping channels. Don't think I could watch a whole show, much less play along.

I like him because he can explain why stuff happens for my un-scientific brain.

I arranged the catering this week for a major event involving fragrances this week. The caterer and I came up with great foods like cumin scented rice and citrus infused vinegrette on roasted vegies and turkey and smokey bacon sandwiches.
It worked REALLY well.

I love Alton. He would have a heart attack if he watched me cook something, but you do learn stuff from him.
BTW, one of our local restautuers owner & chef will be on the Katie Brown show this week I think. I believe it's PBS. His name is Christopher.
He's an excellent chef.

On last Friday, the person we were doing this for had this GREAT idea.
For someone else to do, of course.
Water with 'scents' add to them.
So I arranged for both sparkling and still water and glasses with cucumber, or lemon, or orange or lime of mint in each glass. And I made some pretty ice ring molds. one with all the citrus, the other with the mint and cucumber and some pansies.
Of course by arranged, I meant I sliced everything and bought the cases of water. But it worked REALLY well.
