Monticello High School Debating team against Croton-on-the-Hudson
You are talking about the National Forensic League which supervises Debate and Speech contests for High Schools, aren't you? I can't think of any other contest that an NFL would control

A team that is not based in Los Angeles versus another not based in LA either.
