Q3 - HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING SEMI-PRESIDENTIAL....

B - This second half of the 20'th century President did not want Hail to the Chief played. And I suppose no Ruffles and Flourishes either....

G - This First Lady made sure Sesame Sticks were on every White House dinner menu

Not sure if it is too late for this one, or even if I'm close - taking guesses on both:

B - This second half of the 20'th century President did not want Hail to the Chief played. And I suppose no Ruffles and Flourishes either....
Jimmy Carter?

G - This First Lady made sure Sesame Sticks were on every White House dinner menu
Mamie Eisenhower?

I am totally clueless on both, so I'll take a guess at em.

Um...B: Jimmy Carter

and G: Rosalynn Carter.
There is something wrong in a government where they who do the most have the least. There is something wrong when honesty wears a rag, and rascality a robe; when the loving, the tender, eat a crust while the infamous sit at banquets.

Truman? (Can imagine a former haberdasher nixing the ruffles thing)

Nancy Reagan seems the type to be particular about stuff
