Toronto and Boston share this political distinction, one which is not held by most of the other great cities of the North American East and Centre, including CHicago, Detroit, Montreal, New York Philly and Baltimore.

They don't allow the dead to vote?
Squirrels are the architects of forests, the planters of trees, nature's own acrobats and show a zest for life that can inspire us. Every day should be National Squirrel Appreciation Day!

Many of these (squirrel) migrations were probably caused by food shortages as well as habitat overcrowding. We solved that for them. We not only reduced their habitat, we reduced the whole species by about 90%. The least we can do now is share a little birdseed with them.

They're run by people with IQs higher than 3?
There is something wrong in a government where they who do the most have the least. There is something wrong when honesty wears a rag, and rascality a robe; when the loving, the tender, eat a crust while the infamous sit at banquets.

They are the capitols of their state/province.

I think old Mayor Skeffington got a lot of votes from the dead, in "The Last Hurrah".

"Skeffington, Skeffington, cast your votes for Skeffington...."

They're the capitals of their state or province and also the largest city in said state or province.

I misspelled "capitol". It should have been "capital".

They both went for Jesse Ventura in the last election.

Indeed, both are capital cities. Mass and Ontario.
It does increase the sometimes infuriating insularity of Toronto (viewed from elsewhere in the province). Dont know about Boston, but I think there too.

I have enough players....

Both used to have good hockey teams?

They each went to Ross Perot in '92. - tough thing for Toronto to do, don't you think?

In other words - huh?
