For me on the contractor side, it was System/Subsystem Design Document.

My neighbor was trying to figure out if he was going to still get his SNAP money, and I said I hoped that comes through the state, but I truly don't know.

Roomie gets his social security check on the 5th, I think, so he'll probably be delayed this time.

Without knowing all the details, I don't object to separate bills for different funding thingies. That way we can see how our peeps voted on each separate thingy. I do get how it takes a lot longer, but I like the openness of it.
