Build the wall!

When I heard about this, I thought of BackInTex right away.
Most of the wall that Trump brags about replaced flimsy or deteriorating barriers. Mayorkas could end up building more new wall than Trump.
Mayorkas claims the waivers are to speed up construction, and DHS will still respect the environment and the rights of people in the region. He'd better, or some Democrats will join the Republican effort to impeach him.
As SSS observes, no wall can keep out fentanyl. There are many other steps America can take to curb this catastrophe, especially since Mexico and China don't care enough about it.
And Congress has to do something about the enormous backlog of people requesting asylum. DHS desperately needs more resources, and antiquated laws prohibiting them from working should be repealed.
