I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

22 years ago today, the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City was bombed by home-grown terrorists.

Today, April 20, is Hitler's birthday. My aunt once caught a glimpse of Hitler in a birthday parade; April 20 was her birthday too. In 1943, the SS commander in Warsaw decided to liquidate the Warsaw Ghetto as a birthday present for Hitler. To his surprise, the Ghetto partisans held out for weeks. I don't know whether the other atrocities on April 19 & 20 (Waco, Oklahoma City, Columbine) were intended to"honor" Hitler or just horrible coincidences.Bob Juch wrote:22 years ago today, the Alfred P.
