Don't Mess With Texas

#1 Post by themanintheseersuckersuit » Sun May 03, 2015 9:16 pm

That is all
Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

But the Astros have the best record in the league. Maybe they should get the honor of using the state name...

The Garland, TX Police - Traffic Division, now has more confirmed terrorist kills than the TSA.

Heard that on the radio this morning. Don't know if it is accurate or not, but humorous, to me anyway.

Most TSA agents are unarmed, so they'd have to kill a terrorist with their bare hands.

Still, a cop with a handgun taking down two terrorists with assault rifles is mighty impressive.

A mere 13.6 miles from my house. Thank you Granny.

I've never had to kill anyone. I just lock my doors, which has saved me a lot on ammo and legal expenses.

Yesterday a drugstore robber in Phoenix was shot and killed by a customer.

A few years ago, I bought a "Don't Mess With Texas" bumper sticker. You don't see a lot of those in MN.

It was rather expensive, but the seller threw in an older F-150 pickup that was attached to the bumper sticker.

Where's Gov. Goodhair when you need him? "Don't Mess With Texas®" is a registered trademark, and is probably being used on this Bored without permission...
