I silently curse myself for not knowing all the capitals. I know it's not B or C (Riga & Vietnante or something). I use 50/50 and pray it takes either A or D with it...

I remember learning the acronym a few years ago. I think maybe it's Face something but the only thing I remember is Time to call 911—the final T in FAST makes it clear. Plus, a local highway has had this billboard for several months.
