Thought I saw a headline over the weekend that Empire was being cancelled due to the Smollett stuff. I didn't read the article as I have no interest in the series.

Smollett and his character have been dropped from the show. This will be the last season for Empire (with or without the Smollett controversy, the show had probably run its course as most serialized soap opera dramas do after a few years).BackInTex wrote:Thought I saw a headline over the weekend that Empire was being cancelled due to the Smollett stuff. They pitched a shutout with me. Maybe I'll resume watching The Simpsons. --BobT_Bone0806 wrote:The Simpsons and, when it returns, The Orville. That's it.
