I would say what he means by forced out is that the gratuitousness was artificially induced, since even gratuitiosity can sometimes be organic.
However, he's an enabler of the first water by not only recognizing such feats, but memorializing them on a list!
Fanny once again rocks. Spot on on all counts, including me being the enabler (Though I did give up the task of keeping track of the gusses once, though for a different reason. Cal picked it up in my absence)....
This is far from the first time I've been pissed about the way a gus chase has played out. See the 2/13/03 edition title of the rankings, which was so named due to a similar incident in
forcing out Love Boat's 60000 post.
The Bored was rolling along rather well this morning. Apparently, though, not well enough because God forbid a gus go by at the wrong time, or more than 15 seconds go by without a post when a gus in only a hundred posts away. And this isn't a new argument for me either, because I used to bitch at the night crew back in the day because for the better part of 2 years, they'd never let a gus hang out there for the morning crew....
And Pea can bite me right back, because she knows damn good and well how I feel about such games....

First you take the name of Our Lord in vain, then you expose yourself in a shocking display of immodesty!
I take a vacation and this place goes all to Hell!

Perhaps their actions are...actionable. I shall retrieve your Rightful Gus, after I return from the gym. I need to stay fit for all the lifting I do of heavy objects, like your bill....

I had to go Google it!
The avatar was the first one that fit the size guidelines so I didn't have to go shrink it first. And it's not like I even get the chance to use half of the MM! I'm not busting my ass for perfection, and I get to pique your OCD in the process. Bonus!

I think it being reversed makes it even funnier. So lb can put that in his perfection hat and block it!
Besides, I'm tired of agreeing with him on everything lately.

I should go easy on him since they snatched his Gus yesterday. But I can always use this half-assed MM if he doesn't like the ones that have a modicum of wit, albeit sloppy!

Wonder if those words could or would be used together in any other place.
They cannot. The phrase isn't found on google and we all know that if we can't find it on the internet, it doesn't exist!
