Age 84 of a "serious but stable medical condition" in Washington D.C.

1) Yes, I'd say it was serious.
2) He's now stable, but it clearly wasn't stable before he died.

That's about as asinine a description of a cause of death that I ever heard.

Look at the source. What he described is a level of condition, not a cause of death. That was all BJ, not someone who knows anything. If you Google that phrase, the first page of hits all say that he was hospitalized for/remains hospitalized with a "serious but stable medical condition." Until he died.

No cause of death has been released, but the family said they would provide additional details in the coming days.
A child of five would understand this. Send someone to fetch a child of five.

Only an idiot like you would think I was quoting that out of context. The notice I saw actually stated that as the cause of death. Today they say it was a bacterial infection.
