Age 84 of a "serious but stable medical condition" in Washington D.C.
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

Look at the source. What he described is a level of condition, not a cause of death. That was all BJ, not someone who knows anything. If you Google that phrase, the first page of hits all say that he was hospitalized for/remains hospitalized with a "serious but stable medical condition." Only an idiot like you would think I was quoting that out of context. The notice I saw actually stated that as the cause of death.
