A - 28 Walter Huston won his Oscar for The Treasure of the Sierra Madre, alongside Humphrey Bogart.

A-24 also featured Sandy Dennis, who won for Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, with B-31Elizabeth Taylor; and Kathy Bates, who won for Misery, alongside B-50 Richard Farnsworth.

A-6 also had Julia Roberts, who won for Erin Brockovich (Aaron Eckhardt), and Natalie Portman, who won for Black Swan (Winona Ryder).

That's about all I can do without diving into imdb.

I had to go back to the original question to figure out which version of the Jungle Book Frank was referring to, but it's last year's live action version with Christopher Walken (Robert DeNiro - Deer Hunter), Lupita Nyongo (Michael Fassbender - 12 Years a Slave) and Ben Kingsley.

B-37. SIMON OAKLAND – Susan Hayward – I’ll Cry Tomorrow

Hayward was the token damsel in distress in Beau Geste - I'd almost forgotten.

AND I'd almost forgotten that Broderick Crawford was in it, too.

So, B-12. JOHN IRELAND - Broderick Crawford or Mercedes McCambridge - All the King's Men

That gives us another four-actor movie

A-3. BEAU GESTE
Gary Cooper + B-72. KATY JURADO (High Noon)
Ray Milland + B-88. JANE WYMAN (Lost Weekend)
Susan Hayward + B-37. SIMON OAKLAND (I’ll Cry Tomorrow)
Broderick Crawford + B-12. JOHN IRELAND (All the King's Men)

Helen Hayes + B-68. JACQUELINE BISSET (Airport)

Because someone went crazy looking for a co-star from The Sins of Madelin Claudet.

Paul Newman + B-3. TOM CRUISE (Color of Money)
Eva Marie Saint + B-85. LEE J. COBB (Waterfront)

Hugh Griffith, who won for Ben-Hur, NOT Tom Jones....says someone who was on a fruitless hunt for co-stars.

Hugh Griffith + B-58. CATHY O'DONNELL (Ben Hur)

Cate Blanchett is in Benjamin Button and matches with Alec Baldwin in Blue Jasmine.

and I should have figured this one earlier Ben Johnson (Timothy Bottoms - Last Picture Show) was in Yellow Ribbon as well.

Jack Lemmon in How to Murder Your Wife goes with William Powell for Mr. Roberts.
